Contest Summary
The “15 days, 15 Nintendo Wii’s” contest (the “Promotion”) is a daily
draw for a Nintendo Wii for 15 consecutive days, whereby NO PURCHASE IS
NECESSARY. A
person is able to enter ballots into the draw each day. At the
end of each day the ballots are all collected together and a single ballot is
selected to determine the winner of the Nintendo Wii for the day.
Prizes

Wii’s. Approx Value each: $250 US
Dollars
No cash or other
substitution is permitted, except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Prize is nontransferable, unless otherwise specifically approved by
Sponsor in writing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize
for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become
unavailable for any reason. Except as specifically included in the prize
description, Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees
associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Ballots
A ballot is an equally
valued entry into our draw. Each ballot
represents an equal value and opportunity to another ballot; therefore no
ballots have an advantage over other ballots.
How To Enter
No purchase necessary.
A person can earn ballots to enter the draw automatically by doing one the
followings:
1) Each hand a person play on the site
will earn the person a single ballot towards the draw for that day, except
hands play as described under “Qualifications” below; Or
2)
A person
can mail in a request to have a ballot entered into the draw. Each letter received must contain your full
name, address, phone number, and email address. Please send the letter to “c/o 15 Days

Sponsor’s Rights
All ballots become property of Fireswirl Technologies Inc. (“Sponsor”),
operator of Chips’N Chat. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen,
delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Web site
during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any
computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account
of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site,
or failure of handset or mobile web browser, or any combination thereof
including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer
related to or resulting from this promotion. The Sponsor reserve the right, at
their sole discretion, to terminate, cancel or suspend this contest at any
time. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they
are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered
or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules.
Draw Execution Technique
All ballots are
entered into a database and a reputable randomization formula is used to
determine the winner.

Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion.
Limitations on Ballots
1)
There are
no limitations as to how many ballots can be earned per day.
2)
Players
may not win more than one Nintendo Wii throughout the “15 days, 15 Nintendo
Wii’s” campaign.
3)
Employees
of Sponsor and their subsidiaries and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as
the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household
members of each such employee are not eligible for earning ballots or
participating in the Promotion.
Qualifications
1)
Entrants
will be disqualified if they create multiple accounts to play quick hands
against themself.
2)
Entrants
will be disqualified if they use profanity or any type of vulgar or aggressive
intimidation towards other players,
3)
Entrants
will be disqualified if they conspire with other players external to the game
to manipulate and cause unfair advantages in the poker games,
4)
A hand is
counted as a round of game that at least one betting of play chips on top of
the blinds is made. Any hand that
involves no betting of play chips, for example, a player folds without betting
except the blinds, does not earn the Entrant a ballot.
5)
Tournament
games do not earn an Entrant a ballot.
6)
Entrants
must by 18 years or older to claim the prize. Entrants under the age of
majority in their jurisdiction of residence must obtain a parent’s or legal
guardian’s consent before participating, and by participating represent that
they have done so.
7)
Prizes
will not be awarded to those individuals who’s local laws prohibit them from
winning a prize.
How winners are contacted and promoted
The winner will have
their name published on our site in contest related sections as well as their
winning made public on Facebook.
We will attempt to
contact the winners through their emails for up to 7 business days after the
draw in which they won. Any player who
doesn’t reply to their email and contact us within 7 days will forfeit their
winnings. A maximum of 3 emails will be sent by us to
the email address within those 7 days.

Winners will be
required to answer a skill testing question that must be answered without the
aid of a person and/or device.
Determining the Number of Ballots an Entrant
Has
The ballots a person
has will be visible by accessing the Chips’N Chat program and selecting the leader board.
The wii competition board will have your ballots for the day, and a list of daily winners.
Entrants that do not
have a Chips’N Chat account may phone us at 604.540.8805 or email us at support@chipsnchat.com to inquire
about the status of their ballots.
Competition Status
The leaderboard
section of Chips’N Chat will contain the names of the winners for all of the 15
draws.
Opting out of the Competition
If you want to be
excluded from the competition, simply email us at support@chipsnchat.com with your
contact information and one of our staff will contact you to arrange removal
from our competitions.
Release
By receipt of any
Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and
their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors,
advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies
and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of
action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or
loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or
use or misuse of any prize.
Publicity
Each Winner and guest
(or their legal guardians if either is under the age of majority in their
jurisdiction of residence) agrees to allow Sponsor to use their names,
photographs, likenesses, voices, prize information, and biographical
information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation
where permitted by law.
Conditions of
Participation
Sponsor reserves the
right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any
fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable
control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves
the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries
received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with
Sponsor’s web site, iTunes, the entry process or the operation of the Promotion
or to be acting in violation of these Draw Details or any other promotion or in
an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a
violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,
Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these
Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
